Job Description
We are looking for a competent Help desk Exicutive to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Should Read, Write and Speak Kannada and English
- Must be an expert in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint/PPT)
- Should be willing work as tele-caller, Inbound and outbound call.
- The person should have Telecalling experience
- Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
- Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems
- Provide first level contact and resolutions to customer issue.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.

- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science , any bachelor degree or relevant field
