Digital Certificates

Digital Certificates provide a secure mechanism to identify and authenticate an entity via the verification of a digital signature within a public key infrastructure (PKI). Such authentication is based on mechanisms that validate that the Certificate and the associated private key are, in fact, trusted and follow the specified set of requirements, commonly known as Certificate validation. The integrity of the overall PKI(Public Key Encryption) is necessarily based upon the integrity of each component of the PKI.

Interaction

A Digital Certificate is a digital file used to cryptographically bind an entity's Public Key to specific attributes relating to its identity. The entity may be a person, organisation, web entity or software application.

Dashboard give the overall view of below listings

  • Total Exam Completed Student
  • Student passed but not send for certification
  • Received request for digital certificate
  • Pending for digital signature

Student List

The student module list the students result pending for digital signature. The below listing options are availably in student module

  • Approve button to digitally sign the result
  • Filter the students by center code
  • Search the student by student name or student id

Signed Certificate

The Signed Certificate module list the students result aproved for digital signature and digitally signed with a download button to download the result of a student signed digitally. The below listing options are availably in Signed Certificate menu

  • Students result digitally signed
  • Download button to download he PDF digitally signed result
  • Filter the listing by center code
  • Search the student result signed digitally by student name or student id

Certificate

Certificate will be available to download once digitally signed by digital signature. Once the certificate is downloaded in PDF reader it will be available with valid signature for trysted signature to take the print of result

  • Download button to download the Digitally signed result
  • Trust the sign by setting in PDf reader so that signature need to be valid to take the print of result
  • Once downloaded the PDF result can be shared and saved

Reports

The dynamic report can be generated by admin. The below listing options are availably in report generation

  • Report can be generated for a duration
  • Apply result and category filter before report generation
  • Filter by exam ids, student ids, exam ids and course codes
