Job Description
We are looking to hire an ambitious IT expert for our open IT Technical Support position.Your job will be to provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
- Resolving issue for staff via phone call, in person or electronically.
- Log bugs and enhance requrements.
- Perform hardware and software installation, configaration and updates as needed.
- Resolve technical issues in a timly manner using available resources within the company.
Job Requirements
·
- BE, BCA, MAC and MSc, BSc.
- Associate's degree with computer science or management information science (MIS) or relavent degree.
- Indepth knowledge of windows 10, Mac OS, Microsoft .
