We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate QA Fresher to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring product quality before release. Roles & Responsibilities Understand software requirements and business workflows Prepare basic test cases and test scenarios Perform manual testing of ERP and SaaS applications Identify, document, and report defects Retest issues after fixes Maintain daily test execution reports Support regression and functional testing Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Follow internal QA documentation standards
Eligibility Criteria B.E / B.Tech / / MCA / (CS/IT) 2024 / 2025 pass-outs Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts Knowledge of SDLC & STLC Good logical and analytical skills
