The system architecture of Citizen Connect is designed to ensure efficient and transparent handling of citizen complaints. Here’s a brief overview:

Once registered user or guest user submits a complaint, the centralized system receives the complaint and sends notifications to the relevant city service workers in the specific ward.

Based on the complaint and ward number, the complaint is assigned to a particular city service worker.

The city service worker updates the status of the complaint after addressing it.

The status of the complaint is updated, and only the registered user receives a notification accordingly.

Municipal authorities monitor the activities through a centralized database, ensuring efficient management and resolution of issues across different wards.
