Key Responsibilities Install and configure Attendify.ai devices at client locations Conduct site surveys and provide deployment recommendations Handle basic networking setup (IP configuration, routers, connectivity) Work with CCTV systems, biometric devices, and access control systems Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution Ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Required Skills Basic knowledge of electronics and networking Understanding of CCTV systems and IP cameras Familiarity with routers, LAN/WAN, and IP configuration Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and client-handling ability Preferred Qualifications Diploma / BE / BTech in ECE, EEE, CS, or related field Freshers with strong interest in hardware and networking can apply Additional Requirements Willingness to travel for client installations and support
